FUEL FOR THE BRAIN AND BODY
Some of the most important factors to helping children function at their best potential is making sure they receive a good nights sleep and well balanced meals throughout the day. This is the fuel that their brain and body work on. With out it, would be like expecting a car to run without gas.
EXERCISE
It is important that children have the opportunity to move their bodies throughout the day, at home and school. This will help relax their bodies, focus their minds, and get a good nights sleep.
